Wherever there is civilization, there is Waste. Where there is Waste, there is waste management. Built on the outskirts of the cities, Toxic Waste Depots churn through the toxic waste and industrial runoff. With all of those caustic chemicals pumping into the water and the air, it was only a matter of time before mutations began springing up around them.
Toxic Waste Depots are so caustic to their environment that they create a No-Fly Zone around their air space. And if that’s not bad enough, as resources get pumped through the Toxic Waste Depots, diseases begin to Metastasize through the local population, causing horrible growths and mutations across the city.
